OUR STORY

Clay, a New Yorker, and Christina, a Pennsylvania native, first crossed paths in 2018 while attending PA school in Philadelphia. What began as study sessions and shared laughs soon turned into something more, and by February 2019, they officially began dating.

Philly was home for the early years of their relationship, filled with late-night studying, weekend adventures, and plenty of city memories. In 2022, they traded busy city streets for the charm of New Hope, where they’ve built a home filled with love and laughter.

One of their very first trips together was to Lake Placid, a place that quickly captured their hearts. They still remember their first dinner on Mirror Lake- now the very spot where they will say “I do”. Over the years, Lake Placid has become their happy place and the backdrop of so many adventures. Together, they have hiked 23/46 High Peaks in the Adirondacks, each summit marking another memory and milestone in their journey.

As they look ahead, they are excited to settle down, start a family (including a dog!), and continue their adventure-filled life side by side. From chance classmates to lifelong partners, Clay and Christina are so excited to celebrate the start of this next chapter with all of you.
